Meet Sue Ive, Certified Professional Organizer

Sue Ive, owner of Organize to Optimize, is delighted by the opportunity to help people gain supportive, efficient and easy to maintain spaces. Her biggest reward is hearing her clients profess their enthusiasm and renewed peace of mind from the organizing process.

Sue stays abreast of the most current information, trends and products on the market by regularly attending industry related classes and the National Association of Professional Organizer’s conferences and workshops. Through education and extensive experience, she has received the Certified Professional Organizer (CPO®) designation from the Board of Certified Professional Organizers (BCPO).

For over 25 years Sue enjoyed a successful career with a prominent commercial and industrial general contracting firm. As the Executive Administrator and a Corporate Officer, she established and maintained streamlined systems throughout the company. She was responsible for planning, organizing and implementing everything from time-sensitive projects to long-term company goals.

Sue has found professional organizing to be a perfect avenue to share her innate abilities and years of administrative experience. She finds it gratifying to transfer skills people can use and benefit from throughout their daily lives. Sue is highly committed to complementing her clients’ natural thinking styles with proven organizing principles to assure lasting results.

She is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and an active member of the local Seattle Chapter. She honors the NAPO’s Code of Ethics, ensures confidentiality and guarantees her services.
